Pets Doing Weird Things

What we’re looking for:

Pets doing weird, unexpected, or mysterious things. We're looking for mostly dogs or cats of any type, but are open to other common animal pets as well (rabbits, lizards, turtles, etc).

The animal moment should appear weird and unexplainable but in reality, this weirdness can actually be explained with science. (Example - dog stands on their front legs to pee; the explanation - so they can get a wider spray and reach higher mark on their territory better.)

Videos should feel weird, light-hearted and funny.

What you can earn:

Our team of expert curators will review all submissions and award $25 spot bonuses, in the form of Amazon Gift Cards, to our 10 favorite submissions.

Additionally, the brand will review submissions and request to license their favorites. If they want to license your content, you will receive a notification with the offer details. You will be paid according to the terms of the license.

Inspiration/thought starters:

• cat walking backwards up the stairs
• dog going to the bathroom on its hind legs
• cat hissing at grass
• cat with a stick in mouth
• dog or cat sitting or sleeping strangely

Watchouts/things to avoid:

• No aggressive dogs
• Nothing that could appear to be sexualizing the animal
• Dogs that are outside on a walk should have a leash or collar. If the animal is in an enclosed backyard without leash or collar, that's okay.

• You own or appear in the content
• You have contact information for everyone who owns or appears in the content
• Your content does not prominently feature brand logos, such as on clothing
